Responsibilities
- Prepare meal ingredients including washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing.
- Assist with unloading food supplies from delivery trucks and support cooking when required.
- Wash and dry dishes, utensils, cooking instruments, and cutting boards; pack take-out orders as needed.
- Organize and store kitchen tools, dishes, and equipment in designated areas.
- Remove garbage, replace liners, and sweep and mop kitchen and service areas as required.
- Store ingredients according to food safety standards.
- Follow hotel policies and maintain a confidential, secure work area.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn kitchen operations and food safety basics.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Evening and weekend shifts may be required.
