Responsibilities
- Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take orders with attention to special requests, dietary restrictions, and preferences.
- Serve food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages safely and on time.
- Check in with patrons and refill beverages as needed.
- Present bills and accept payment.
- Follow sanitation, safety, and health guidelines.
- Assist with bussing tables as needed.
Requirements
- Smart Serve certification required or obtained for roles serving alcohol.
- Customer service experience in dining is an asset.
- Reliable attendance and teamwork during busy service periods.
