Responsibilities

  • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
  • Take orders with attention to special requests, dietary restrictions, and preferences.
  • Serve food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages safely and on time.
  • Check in with patrons and refill beverages as needed.
  • Present bills and accept payment.
  • Follow sanitation, safety, and health guidelines.
  • Assist with bussing tables as needed.

Requirements

  • Smart Serve certification required or obtained for roles serving alcohol.
  • Customer service experience in dining is an asset.
  • Reliable attendance and teamwork during busy service periods.
