Complete minor repairs, preventative maintenance, room checks, grounds tasks, and coordinate with managers on property needs across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Complete minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Perform preventative checks and room inspections.
- Coordinate property needs with managers.
Requirements
- General repair skills are required.
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence may be required for some locations.
