Night Attendant — Dryden, Ontario
Provide overnight front desk coverage, guest support, and property security patrols at our hotel locations across Northwestern Ontario.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries overnight.
- Answer phones, monitor emails and online booking platforms, and maintain organized guest records.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage guest accounts efficiently.
- Address guest concerns professionally and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
- Observe common areas, hallways, and parking lots; perform regular foot patrols for guest safety.
- Secure exterior doors and amenity areas; handle, report, and document security incidents.
- Manage access using electronic key card systems; respond to disturbances and report to supervisor or OPP when required.
- Assist with banquet operations and clean conference rooms when required.
- Follow hotel policies and maintain a confidential, secure work area.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently overnight with sound judgment and calm communication.
- Security awareness and willingness to perform patrols in all weather conditions.
- Front desk or hospitality experience is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence may be required at some properties.
